Life Drawing , Life Painting and Portraiture Evening Classes

Monday and Thursday evenings;
For those students studying the figure, the class starts with the life model taking short warm up poses for 30 minutes, then progressing to a 10 week pose under controlled lighting. Short talks on the theory of colour and light. Alternatively those students starting off may also choose foundation exercises in painting and drawing, including colour mixing and great master copies. No previous painting or drawing experience expected.
Wednesday Evenings
Life Drawing for all levels.The model takes dynamic poses varying in length from a few minutes up to 30 minutes or more.
By close observation of the life model, see underlying skeletal and muscular structure. Great master techniques are explored. A valuable exciting ongoing course.
